I am blessed with 5 amazing adult children and share life with my partner of 37 years (married for 29 years) on the beautiful Upper Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. I am currently working on freeing my inner a**hole to be less “nice” as I teach Mat Pilates, dance, hike, garden, and learn more about the Enneagram. My path has always meandered through the forests of personal growth and higher consciousness, always moving my body and dancing, always opening myself up to more love, more awareness, and to my fullest and richest expression of myself.
